At The Mallows, dragée is created using a traditional method in which the marshmallow is slowly coated with chocolate in rotating copper pans at the factory in Glostrup, Denmark. Layer by layer, the chocolate embraces the marshmallow while carefully selected ingredients are added to gradually build flavor, richness, and depth. This process transforms the marshmallow into an exclusive specialty, where chocolate surrounds the soft center and creates a harmonious balance. It is precisely this way of building flavor, layer by layer, that makes the mallows such a unique experience.
