Dear friends, over the last months life has changed constantly due to COVID-19. Of course, all of us take our responsibility to each other, to the people around us and to our community very seriously. We are really thankful that our production in Italy has been running at its usual pace which means we are still able to support our expert craftsmen and carefully selected suppliers. It also means we are here for YOU.
Please note that you may experience longer delivery times than usual.
If you want to add a special greeting or even a love letter to your order, let us know under "comments" and we are happy to include it. Our online orders always arrive nicely packed and therefore come as the perfect gift or little surprise for your loved ones.

All orders placed before 2pm (CET) are usually shipped on the same day. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.
In busy periods, your order will always be dispatched within 1-2 working days from the time you place your order.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. On the same day, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail sent directly from the courier. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time you received it before the link is active. Remember to track your parcel's journey, if delays should occur. We can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.

Shipping and handling is the amount of money charged for the packaging and transport of goods.
We gladly accepts returns on both new arrivals and sale items and offer you 14 days of return from the date of your receipt.
As soon as we receive the returned items and approve the return, a full refund will be deposited to your bank account as soon as possible. Funds can only be transferred to the credit card used for the original purchase. Always keep the postal receipt with a tracking number, proving that the jewelry has been returned. Return shipping costs are at the customer's own expense. We offer no compensation for returned merchandise lost during shipping.
LOCAL HEROES RETURN POLICY
We do not accept any returns of already used products or open packages. In case of damage during delivery, please contact us. We offer 14 days of return, from the date of delivery.
If you wish to exchange your item you just have to follow the guidelines below.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS
1. Please fill out the enclosed return-form you can find in your order and enclose it in the shipment with a copy of the sales receipt. You can reuse the same box in which the jewelry was sent to you for making the return.
2. All goods must be returned unused, in original packaging and in same condition as when received. Items showing signs of use will not be accepted.

4. Please note that the package must be send with distribution directly to the address above as we are not able to pick up your package at a parcel shop.
