Matcha is rich in antioxidants that not only strengthen our immune system, but also have anti-aging benefits. Almonds are an excellent source of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. A relatively high consumption of these healthy fats are beneficial for cholesterol levels. The chocolate is gently melted at max. 48 degrees. This ensures that all the benefits of the Matcha are fully preserved. 

Nancy first discovered Matcha in 2019 after deciding to drastically cut back on her coffee consumption.
A few years later (two to be exact), she had tried several Matcha's and had come to this conclusion: Not every Matcha is the same! This became the start of the journey to find the best Matcha in the world, and to open her own company, Health Bar.
